Pt VI, Line 6	The organization consists of 280 members who elect a govering body of 7 (Pres, VP, Treas, Sec, and 3 trustees). Officers are elected to 4 year terms. 2 Officers/trustees positions are elected each year. No office or trustee is compensated. All elected positions are voluntary. The only paid poistions are the manager who handles the day to day operation of the club. All new members must be nominated by an existing member and the Board of trustees votes to either accept or deny membership.
Pt VI, Line 7a	Every year, and election is held to elect a new member of the Board of Trustees to replace a member whose term is expiring.
