	Largest expense: to reimburse e-board officers for administrative types of expenses to work Union related business activities to represent our bargaining membership. Also, to reimburse the e-board for travel-related expenses for training, consultations, meetings, arbitrations, and conferences to represent our bargaining membership. The Council receives per capita tax (membership dues) from our affiliated Local Unions to cover these types of expenses. We do not produce revenue from these expenses.
