Part I, Line 12 and Part IV, c All payments to Central Texas Womens Lacrosse Officials Organization (CTWLOO) members and officials were paid through a service called Arbiter and ArbiterPay. ArbiterPay is required by the IRS to issue 1099s to all officials who have been paid $600 or more through ArbiterPay. As a result, CTWLOO did not issue 1099s to any of its members and officials.
