	Irrigation: TW-DWU pays for the Water Permit fees for each of the three major farm plots to have access to water for irrigation of their crops. Each year TW-DWU cleans out the inlet boxes due to debris and sediment build up that clog the inlets to the irrigation diversion dams. TW-DWU then facilitates a water schedule between the farmers to have equal access to the irrigation water. We provide irrigation pipes and irrigation bonnets/vales to farmers who request them as well as help with set-up, dismantling, education of proper care and usage of all irrigation equipment.

	Farming: TW-DWU provided complimentary seeds to active farmers to continue to keep their farm plots in production. We provided equipment services to those who expressed a need. Farmers continue utilizing the community greenhouse at Dine College where they grow fresh produce and sell at local farmer markets or for self-consumption.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2	The Board includes two sisters who are active members of the community and hold grazing permits in the district. Although they are related through blood, they have been continuously been elected to the board by the community. The conflict of interest policy provides the board the ability to withdrawn any member from discussions and voting on matters where there is the appearance of a conflict of interest. The Native community served is small and many of the residents are related either through blood, marriage or clans, so it becomes difficult to avoid relationship conflicts. The Bylaws address this in case by case situations to ensure transparency and fairness.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The organization has members. The members are comprised of land permittees who use the land to graze livestock or for agricultural farming using the irrigation system managed by the Tsaile-Wheatfields Dineh Water User Association.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b	There are no committees with authority to make decisions on behalf of the organization at this time.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	When the Form 990 is a completed draft the Board of Directors review and comment on the document. Upon finalization the Form 990 is provided to the public through its monthly meeting. There, the Form 990 is presented by the Board and explanations on the data it provides. The Board takes questions and comments from the audience regarding the year's activities accomplishments and related finances. Copies of the Form 990 are provided upon request and available at the organization's office in Wheatfields, Arizona.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The Conflict of Interest Policy is contained in the organization's Bylaws. Every year the Board of Directors must divulge any situation where there may be the appearance of a conflict of interest with the organization's operation. This may be in regards to relationships through marriage, work/business, family, like organizations, land allotments and financial. In their regular and special board meetings the President calls upon the Directors to state any possible conflict of interest that could arise during topic discussions. If such a situation exists, then the board will discuss the possible conflict of interest and determine the severity. The board can the allow the director to participate or withdraw the individual from discussion and voting if required.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The organization created a hiring committee in 2007 to determine appropriate wages for proposed staffing positions. These positions had salaries approved based on comparable job descriptions from local and state salary scales to provide comparable wages. With the reduction in funding in 2024 most of these positions are vacant, but any forthcoming revenues sufficient to fund staffing will have wages updated based on comparable positions in other geographical locations. The recommendations of the original hiring committee were approved by the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18	Upon completion of the Form 990 and acceptance by the Board of Directors, the organization, in a public meeting will explain to those in attendance the form, it's purpose and contents. The Board will respond to any questions or comments from the public. If needed, any changes will be made to the document prior to its submittal.
