Upon consolidation the "doing business as" title of the Valley of Burlington was changed to Valley of the Green Mountains. Upon consolidation the financial assets of Central Valley (EIN 23-7615969) were transferred to the Valley of the Green Mountains. The Valley of Central Vermont will file a FINAL RETURN Form 990N for this reporting cycle.
