Pt VI, Line 7a	Members elect the Board of Directors. A nominating committee is formed to recruit members to run. At the annual meeting of members, five Directors shall be elected. The candidates receiving the greatest number of votes shall serve as Directors for a one-year term commencing with the next Board of Directors meeting. Election for Directors shall be by secret ballot.
Pt VI, Line 7b	Any expenses for which more than $1,000 is to be spent or committed in a single transaction (excluding emergency Club House repairs, insurance, airport services, and aircraft owner revenue), shall be approved by the membership following the procedures of Article IV of the bylaws. Also, membership termination can be determined by membership vote.
Pt VI, Line 8a	Board meeting minutes are documented and approved.
Pt VI, Line 8b	Safety committee reports are issued and approved.
Pt VI, Line 11b	The amounts or numbers of the content are distrubuted each month in a newsletter. An annual audit is performed by the club per the bylaws where the amounts and numbers are audited.
Pt VI, Line 19	Bylaws and standard operating procedures are published on the website.
