Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The full board of organization has granted authority to the Executive Committee to review and approve the Form 990. A draft of the 990 was circulated to Executive Committee. The committee then authorized the Executive Director to sign the return after any questions were resolved.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 Annually, the full board completes a review checklist of the performance of the President / CEO. Those forms are then reviewed by the chairman and immediate past-chairman, who then meet with the president / ceo in an annual review meeting. There is no formal process determining compensation; however, the board does conduct informal surveys of salaries for similar positions when considering the salary of the presdent / CEO.
