The Board Secretary is the day to day manager and pays all bills, but receives fund transfers on request from the Perpetual Care Fund Treasurer. These fund transfers will result in these kind of year end accounting adjustments. The full Board reviews these fund transfers and accounting adjustments at the annual meeting. Part of this is a MN state law requirement regarding mandatory year end fund transfer requirements of unexpended earnings and investment responsibilities. |
