Part I, Line 2e Jessi Doke, Christopher Charles Jackson, Ann Parr, and Craig Posson each serve as volunteer directors of the Insurance Federation of Nebraska (a nonprofit 501(c)(6) organization with purposes similar to those of Nebraska Insurance Information Service). It is possible that other directors and officers of Nebraska Insurance Information Service will become directors or officers of the Insurance Federation of Nebraska in the future. However, none of Nebraska Insurance Information Services directors or officers will receive a personal financial benefit due to the transfer.
