Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 2	Chairman of the Board Nick Canulli is father to Trustee Matt Canulli. Financial Secretary Joseph Canulli is father to Treasurer Stephanie Mazzuca and Secretary Heather Canulli and husband to Trustee Sharon Canulli. Trustee Sharon Canulli is mother to Treasurer Stephanie Mazzuca and Secretary Heather Canulli and wife of Financial Secretary Joseph Canulli. Chairman of the Board Nick Canulli and Financial Secretary Joseph Canulli are cousins.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	To be eligible for Active Membership, an applicant must be a citizen of the United States, at least 18 years of age, a resident of Ewing Township and of Fire District 3-for at least one year, and shall have successfully served a six month probationary period. No member shall be a member of any other Ewing Township Fire Company. Life Membership shall be granted to an Active Member after completing twenty years of active service.
