Part VI, Line 6	Our Auxiliary had 469 members. These members all applied for membership. They were interviewed and voted on. The applicants were initiated and given a membership card. All members renew their dues anualy.
Part VI, Line 10b	Our Auxiliary is a local chapter. We are governed by the rules and regulations of the Grand Aerie Fraternal Order of the Eagles. Each Auxiliary adopts a set of By Laws at the inception of the Auxiliary. These By Laws are changed as needed. Any By Law change must be read at 3 consecutive meetings and voted on at the 3rd meeting.
Part VI, Line 11b	After filling out the form 990 it is presented at a meeting for officers to review. The original form is sent to the IRS and a copy of filed with the Grand Aerie Fraternal Order of the Eagles. The members may request a copy of the form 990.
