| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c | CCSA expects employees to conduct business according to the highest ethical standards and to act at all times in accordance with their duty of loyalty to CCSA. Business or personal dealings or relationships that create or appear to create a conflict between the interests of CCSA and an employee are unacceptable. CCSA recognizes the right of employees to engage in activities outside of their employment which are of a private nature and unrelated to our business. However, the employee must disclose any possible conflicts so that CCSA may assess and prevent potential or actual conflicts of interest from arising. Employees are not to conduct their affairs in a manner that is detrimental to the best interests of CCSA or that would result in personal financial gain derived as a result of your affiliation with CCSA. Personal gain includes gain for the employee, an immediate family member (i.e., spouse or significant other, children parents, siblings), or any other person or entity with whom the employee has a close personal, professional or business relationship. The high standards of ethical conduct expected of all personnel include interaction with fellow employees, managers, suppliers, community groups, professional organizations, political parties and similar entities. In order to ensure that the name, reputation, and the integrity of CCSA are not compromised, employees (or their immediate family) should not have, or appear to have, any personal interests, relationships, or affiliations that conflict with the best interest of CCSA. Finally, CCSA employees are expected to exercise their best professional and moral judgement in conforming to this policy and to consult, as appropriate, with CCSA management or legal counsel for additional guidance. |
