Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Form 990 was emailed to the board of directors to review and all supporting materials were placed on a Google Drive we use to share all aspects of the operation of the club amongst the board, including the treasury records and Form 990 records. The review by the board members other than the preparer are voluntary and at the discretion of each individual board member.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The governing documents are regularly made available to interested parties when they ask for information about the club - it's part of the information package we send out when people are interested in joining the club. The Treasurer presents financial reports at the membership meetings every month and visitors interested in the club operation are invited to join the meetings. The secretary keeps a mailing list of interested parties (non-members) and forwards the meeting invitations to this list prior to every member meeting. Copies of the financial reports are made available upon request at these meetings.
