What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO FOSTER AND ADOPT WAYS AND MEANS FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF THE WORKING AND LIVING STANDARDS OF THE LOCAL AFFILIATES WITHIN THIS BROTHERHOOD.
