What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Tri-State Riding Clubs purpose is to provide educational and social opportunities for equestrians in our area: to instruct and educate our membership in order to promote safe and enjoyable sport and to promote the welfare of horses and ponies through hosting lessons clinics speakers and other activities while making a positive impact in our community.
