Please grant a wavier for the late filing of this return. An automatic extension of time to file was granted through March 15, 2025. At the end of February, the office had to be closed and the office files had to be boxed up and relocated because of some environmental issues that were associated with working in a 100 year old building. This relocation caused the late filing of this return.
