Part VI, Line 6	Classes of Members. A. Voting Members. The members of the then-current Board of Directors shall be the Voting Members of the Corporation. B. Non-voting Members. The non-voting members shall be divided into four classes having the following qualifications collectively i. Undergraduate Members Each individual who is an initiated member in Gamma Pi Zeta of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity and in good standing with the Fraternity automatically shall be an Undergraduate Member while enrolled as an undergraduate student at the Colorado State University including during any breaks between terms. ii. Alumni Members Each alumni member of the Gamma Pi Zeta of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity and in good standing with the Fraternity automatically shall be an Alumni Member. iii. Resident Members - Each individual residing in property owned by the Corporation who is not an Undergraduate Member shall automatically be a Resident Member for the duration of the term of the occupancy in the facilities. iv. Special Members the Board of Directors may designate other individuals as special members such as individuals who do not qualify as Undergraduate Members or Alumni Members but who desire and the Board desires them to enjoy the fellowship of the other Members of the Corporation and to have use of its facilities.
