Form 990, Part VI, Line 2	Pine Lake Estates is a homeowners association. All Board members are property owners within the Pine Lake Estates community. There are some multigenerational families in our community that are active on the Board of Trustees or are employees of the lodge.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 6	All Pine Lake Estates property owners are members of this organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a	All landowners within Pine Lake Estates are eligible to vote for the Board of Trustees at the annual meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11a	The information in this form is presented to the Board of Trustees prior to filing and a hard copy is kept on the premises so that any Association member in good standing may view the forms upon request. Regular financial reports are presented throughout the year to all Board Trustees so that in any given month the Board is up to date on the financial activities of the organization.
