What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Jackson County Fair Association, Inc. exists for the sole purpose of organizing and managing the Spring Carnival and Fall Agricultural Fair to raise money for the operations and programs of the American Legion Post 30 and VFW Post 6073. The JCFAI has the authority to do all things incident to or necessary in the promotion, marketing, advertising, or holding of said events without pecuniary profit to any member.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The JCFAI fundraised a total of $23,932.58 for the American Legion Post 30 in Scottsboro, AL through two events held in 2024. Our fundraising goes to support veteran services in the community through two organizations.
