Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 20	The decline in fund balance referred to on Form 990EZ Part1 Line 20 was caused by charitable and religious donations that partially were funded by prior Gaming revenues. Lead personnel were retiring so they trained their replacements. Donations were delayed until this year when the new managers assumed their responsibilities. These and other general business expenses are included in Line 16. Any asset change are reflected in the start of year and year end fund balances saved in a financial service.
