The Show encourages and supports IHJA members to advance to the limits of their abilities and desires.

The organization would like to request a one-time abatement of the penalty for late filing its annual Form 990. The organization changed its outside accountant during the fiscal year and the new accountant inadvertently missed the original filing deadline and failed to file an extension request. The organization's accountant has implemented a revised due date alert system and is committed to assisting the organization in fulfilling all its reporting obligations promptly going forward. This is the first instance of a late filing for the organization, and we respectfully request a waiver of any penalties associated with this late filing.
