Part III, Line 2	Part III, Line 2 In 2023, the Post began a major Building Upgrade and Modernization (BMU) effort for the current Post building and increased fund-raising efforts to meet the needs of a growing Post and the BMU effort. The Post also expanded its fundraising efforts so as to expand our Veterans Assistance and Support efforts. These parallel efforts and an increase in unrealized capital gains moved the Post past our normal $50,000 in receipts annually and our total assets exceeded $500,000.

Part XII, Line 3b	VFW Post 8469 members elect three Trustees who serve a 3-year term (initial election was for a 1-yr, 2-yr and 3-yr term trustee so that only one per year is replaced. The trustees are charged with auditing the books and all related fiscal documents of the Quartermaster (CFO) and the Adjutant (HREO) per By-Laws and VFW National Manual of Procedure. The Trustees inform the General Membership as to the results and their audits are then approved.
