Part VI, Line 3	The Uptown Greenwood Development Corporation UGDC has given employee management including hiring and firing to the City of Greenwood. This arrangement has been in place for many years due to the joint relationship of the mission of UGDC and the allowance for better control of day to day functions of the one employee.
