OFFICE IS SHARED WITH A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION. THE LOCAL IS REQUIRED TO SENT THE TOTAL RENT TO THE LANDLORD, AND COLLECT THE DIFFERENCE FROM THE OTHER TENANT.
