	During the fiscal year, the organization advanced its mission to combat blight through 17 new Act 135 conservatorship filings targeting abandoned and hazardous properties. Of these, 12 were residential, 3 commercial/mixed-use, and 2 larger commercial sites. Five cases were resolved: two properties were sold (one by the owner, one by the organization), one was repaired by the owner, one petition was withdrawn, and one was dismissed by the court. Additionally, the organization continued work on seven pending cases from prior years involving conservatorship appointments, court appeals, and settlement discussions. These efforts supported community revitalization and neighborhood stabilization across multiple districts.

Explanation of information on Schedule R	Rebuilding Blocks is wholly controlled by Caring People Alliance. In the normal course of operations, intercompany transactions occur between the two entities. These include payments made by Caring People Alliance on behalf of Rebuilding Blocks, as well as occasional loans or advances between the organizations to support programmatic and operational needs.
