PART VI, SECTION A, LINE 6	Line 7A Membership are considered voting members in good standing. All members are in good standing when there are no out standing dues, compiant with attending all meetings, and are not under any disciplinary actions. Members in good standing meet the requirements to vote, per SABO constitution and bylaws.
PART VI, SECTION B, LINE 15b	Section A. Governing Body and Management. Policies 11b. The treaurer and tax preparer meet to review the return. The treasurer meets with the board members to vote on the approval of the prepared return. After board members vote and approve the return, the treasurer will sign the return, meet with the tax preparer: who will than efile the return to the Ogden Service center.
