What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Primary purpose is to provide student housing specifically to the Sigma Nu chapter at the University of Houston. This is also a nonprofit fraternal organization. Our organization handles the housing for the chapter. We lease from a private individual and sublease. We pay the expenses and manage the property so the students can focus on rent and pay a set rate.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
