Pt VI, Line 2	The relationship between the trustees of the Fund is a business relationship. The Fund is established and maintained pursuant to ERISA. The Fund is a Taft-Hartley Fund administered by a Board of Trustees composed of an equal number of union and employer representatives. Because of this organizational requirement, a business relationship exists between the Trustees.
Pt VI, Line 7a	Union members elect union trustees; employer organization elects employer trustees.
Pt VI, Line 11b	Form 990 and annual audit are reviewed by Fund trustees at their quarterly meeting with Fund auditor present. After review of form 990, auditor is authorized to electronically file form 990.
