Part VI, Line 11b	The officers will review the 990 as a group or individually before form is submitted to the IRS. The next monthly meeting it is documented the 990 is on file and at that time it is noted that anyone interested in reviewing the 990 are welcome to do so and would need to contact the President, Vice President, Financial Secretary and or the Treasurer with their request and it will be scheduled for review.
Part VI, Line 19	Members are allowed to look at all documents upon request, a non-member must request to review documents in writing. These requests will be reviewed and voted on at the next general meeting, the vote will determine if the non-member is eligible to review the documents.
Part VI, Line 7a	Members elect the officers of the organization. New members are proposed by two existing members and then go through two fire company meetings before being voted in by membership at the second meeting after the investigation committee gives any finds of the potential new members from a background check.
Part VI, Line 7b	Decisions are approved by the members of the organization. Every month there are meetings of members, minutes are recorded, committee reports are reviewed, and future plans are discussed. If a special project is needed a special committee will be formed until said project is completed. Everything is voted in by members of the fire company to become official.
