Explanation:

Roosevelt Paper company switched Insurance brokers in November 2024. Our previous Insurance broker (Aon Insurance Company) had filed our 990 for us in the past. There was a miscommunication as to who was responsible for the current year 990 (Year ending 9/30/24) as our new broker (Alera group) thought that Aon had filed, while Aon was under the assumption that Alera group was filing on our behalf. This was only noticed by the CFO in late July 2025, upon which he immediately filed this return.
