IT WON THE FIRST HONOR AWARD OF THE AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTS IN 1961. MANY WEDDINGS ARE PERFORMED IN THE CHURCH WITH MINISTERS OF DIFFERENT DENOMINATIONS PRESIDING OVER EACH. GATE HOUSE THE FIRST HOUSE BUILT BY THE HARMONISTS IN 1814. IT WAS PURCHASED BY THE ROBERT LEE BLAFFER FOUNDATION. IT WAS MOVED FROM IT'S LOCATION ON MAIN STREET.
