Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	There are three (3) classes of membership:Family Membership includes up to 2 adults legally residing at the same residence with their children.Couple Membership includes two adults (18 yeasr of age or older) legally residing at the same residence.Individual Membership includes a person eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The President has ultimate responsibility for the accuracy and filing of the required Form 990 tax returns. After the Form 990 is prepared by a CPA firm, the President and/or Treasurer presents the tax return to the governing body. However, there may be times when there is no scheduled meeting of the governing body before the due date of the tax return. In that case, the tax return is filed timely and is then presented to the governing body at its next scheduled meeting.
