Form 990, Part III, Line 3	The UAWD membership voted to dissolve at its April 27, 2025 membership meeting. Assets were distributed to similar non-profit organizations during May and June of 2025.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Unite All Workers for Democracy is a membership organization with quarterly membership meetings where members vote on changes to bylaws and make recommendations for the organization. Members elect the Steering Committee at the annual meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Unite All Workers for Democracy members elect half of the Steering Committee each year at the annual meeting in September.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Unite All Workers for Democracy members can submit resolutions for consideration by the membership body at quarterly membership meetings.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The form 990 is distributed to the Steering Committee members for review.
