Explanation:

Our data file was found corrupt in early August. Initial attempts to resolve it were not completely successful. Treasurer was away in mid to late August for prior commitment and a family medical issue. Finding the errors and rebuilding the file took additional time and was just completed. I respectfully ask that any penalties and late fees be waived.
