Explanation:
Had several changes in officership over the 2024 year which lead to misunderstanding of what taxes were filed. Upon getting clarification there was conflict with State Taxation Department due to previous leadership creating filing with a different taxation EIN, specifically, there were issues with a different tax registration number between the Taxation Department and the Regulation and Licensing Board. A new one was somehow created upon creating an account for the GRT. It wasn't until current leadership met with representatives from Taxation and Licensing to get matters aligned that all numbers were able to be ascertained with any certainty.
