	Our program service accomplishments in 2023 were geared to attract and promote businesses, large and small. The Chamber staged over 100 meetings and events in 2023, including community meetings, signature events, Chamber 101 and four active leadshare groups meeting bi-weekly.

	Beyond those, we continued our special events: Innovate, WinterMarkt, Friday Night Live, and Stars Over Dulles Awards Luncheon honoring exceptional people and effort.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Form 990 is reviewed by the Chamber President and the Finance Committee. The Form 990 is then filed upon approval by the President and Finance Committee. The Form 990 is presented to the Board of Directors at the next meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	All new board members must review and sign the written conflict of interest policy, which lasts for the duration of the individual's board term. Each year the President & CEO reviews the list of directors and requires the directors to re-sign that no new conflicts have arisen.
