Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c	It is the policy of the TPCBA to avoid conflicts of interest. In the event of an association conflict of interest, it is brought before the board for action. When disclosed, the person who has the potential conflict of interest is not involved with the decision-making process.
CEO executive director top management comp Part VI line 15a	Board members and officers receive no compesantion. The executive directors salary and all other salaries are reviewed and determined by the budget committee, submitted for board approval and documented in the minutes.

Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19	The Organization makes its Bylaws available to the public on its website. Financial Information may be obtained upon request.
