Part VI, Line 7b	A Board of Governors consisting of alumni of the Fraternity and the current Fraternity officers has the authority to oversee and approve financial policies and procedures and the academic activities of the fraternity
Part VI, Line 11b	An officer of the organization will make an appointment to have the approved documents available for review. The executive board will discuss with the National Fraternity which documents they are required to make available for public record. The National Fraternity will have the final say as to what is made available.
Part VI, Line 19	The Organizations documents are made available upon written request and the documents can be viewed by appointment with the Organizations officers
