IT WILL ALSO PROVIDE SMALL FARM EDUCATION: ANIMAL FACILITY AND FOOD PRODUCTION AND AN AGRICULTURE DEMONSTRATION NEIGHBORHOOD. THESE FACILITIES WILL DEMONSTRATE AND EDUCATE ABOUT AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES THAT WILL RESULT IN A LEGACY OF LEARNING IN THE SALT LAKE VALLEY AND BEYOND. TO SUPPORT STUDENTS RAISING LIVESTOCK AT THE AGRICULTURAL CENTER, THE FOUNDATION ALSO PURCHASED THE LIVESTOCK, PROCESSED THE MEAT, AND DONATED IT TO THE UTAH FOOD BANK.
