Explanation:

I just noticed that there was a clerical error on the top line (the filing period date). I accidentally hit the month of June instead of July for my filing. All other information is accurate based on my organization's filing period of 7/1 to 6/30 of each year. I am truly sorry. My organization always files all necessary forms accurately and on time, but this time there was a clerical error and I hit the number 6, when I wanted to hit the number 7.
