Explanation

Part I, Line 2:

The Beulah CVB Board has established a Fund Committee composed of Board Members and staff. The Committee reviews all fund applications and supporting documentation to ensure that the funds recommended for approval meet the eligibility requirements outlined by the North Dakota Attorney General's Office. The Committee then provides its recommendations to the full Board. The CVB Board retains final authority for the approval and allocation of funds. At this time, the CVB does not have a process in place to monitor the use of funds after distribution.
