Part "VI Section A Line 7 Members elect officers annually. Committees are also appointed with the member input.
Part VI Section B Line 11 Reviewed by the treasurer and recorder prior to submission. a budget is approved annually and there are monthly review of all income and expenses by the finance committee and other interested members. Total income and expenses are reviewed at the annual meeting by all members for formal approval as part of the annual budge process
Part VI Section B line 15 Individuals who receive compensation - The amount of compensation is recommended and reviewed by the finance committee, then submitted to the membership for formal approval as part of the budget process at the annual meeting
Part VI Section C Line 19 The tax return is available to the public upon request. To view documentation, the treasurer will make an appointment with the individual or group and have available for review the appropriate documents. The organization has an annual review with the grand commandery of Maine and also must have all bylaw changes approved that group prior to making a change.
