Proceeds from both transactions, net of closing costs and buyer credits, were received and invested by the Home.For the year ended December 31, 2024, the sale of THE Merriam BUILDING resulted in a gain on the disposition of property, plant, and equipment. The sale of THE Clinton BUILDING resulted in a $534,010 loss related to the termination of the lease for the Home, which is reported on part XI, line 9.
