What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? ERGEN HIGHLANDS ROTARY INTERNATIONAL IS A LOCAL ROTARY CLUB IN BERGEN COUNTY NEW JERSEY. THE CLUB PROVIDES A PLETHORA OF SERVICES TO BOTH THE LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES.
