What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To ensure fair and equal treatment of union membership, to protect the legal rights of our members granted by law and labor contracts, to protect our members against discrimination due to sex, race, creed, age, national origin, and physical capabilities. To be the collective bargaining agent for the membership for wages, benefits and working conditions.
