Schedule R - Additional Information	Clinton Grove Cemetery Association is the operating entity of the cemetery and beneficiary of Clinton Grove Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund, both of which are non-profit entities. The operating entity is required to pay 15% of all burial right sales to the Perpetual Care Fund for future maintenance of the cemetery while the Perpetual Care Fund pays out all income earned within the trust to the operating entity on a quarterly basis. The total of all transfers between these two entities are reported on Schedule R.

Schedule R - Additional Information
