The Weston Foundation provides grants and scholarships across Oregon and SW Washington. The Weston Foundation makes grants to support children, the working poor, people with disabilities, senior citizens and the homeless. The Foundation awards scholarships to students at Oregon private elementary/middle/high schools and students at Oregon private and public colleges. In 2024, the foundation awarded grants to 541 organizations; 649 elementary/middle/high school students received scholarships, and 438 college students received scholarships.

The board of directors sets the salary of the foundation's CEO. The Board reviews the CEO's salary annually. The board reviews salaries and benefits of similar positions nationally and locally.
