PART IV TPF Association Inc., a 501(c)(6) trade association, did not engage in any political campaign or lobbying activities during the 2024 tax year. All membership dues are treated as nondeductible to members under IRC Section 162(e). PART V TPF Association Inc., a 501(c)(6) organization, maintains two foreign bank accounts with Banco Sabadell in Barcelona, Spain ??? one denominated in U.S. dollars (USD) to receive membership dues and pay suppliers, and another in euros (EUR) used to pay European vendors. The accounts are used solely for routine administrative transactions related to international membership and events (Global Agents Meeting ??? GAM). No grants, donations, or program service expenditures were made outside the United States during the 2024 tax year.
