1 THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTED A HAWAII NONPROFIT YOUTH OUTREACH; CHURCHES IN MAINE, WISCONSIN, AND OHIO; A MISSIONARY IN NEW YORK; AND A NEW YORK-BASED ORGANIZATION TRAINING MISSIONARIES. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED MISSIONARY CARE FOR TEAMS IN BOLIVIA, LATVIA, ARMENIA, AND ESTONIA. CARE IS CUSTOMIZED TO THE NEEDS OF THE FAMILY AND/OR TEAM. THE SUPPORT RANGES FROM MEDICAL, SPIRITUAL, AND FINANCIAL TO EMOTIONAL CARE. WE ALSO SENT A SHORT-TERM TEAM TO A NEW CHURCH IN LATVIA. THIS TEAM WAS SPECIFICALLY TASKED WITH HELPING TO REACH TEENAGERS IN THE CITY. IN ADDITION, THE FOUNDATION HELPED FUND OPERATIONS AT AN ORPHANAGE IN BOLIVIA, WORKED WITH FORMER CONTACTS IN MYANMAR, HELPED RELOCATE AFGHANI REFUGEES, AND CONTRIBUTED TO MISSIONS IN SOUTH SUDAN. 189,110
2 THE FOUNDATION CONTINUED ITS SUPPORT OF A CHURCH IN ARUSHA BY SUPPORTING THE CONSTRUCTION A NEW, TWO-STORY, 5,400 SQUARE-FOOT BUILDING FOR TRAINING AND EQUIPPING MISSIONARIES. AT THE END OF THE YEAR ALL STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS HAD BEEN COMPLETED AS WELL AS DOORS AND WINDOWS. INTERIOR FINISHING WAS SLATED TO COMMENCE. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES DIRECTION TO FIRST RESPONDER OUTREACHES (FRO) AND FRIENDSHIP ENGLISH SCHOOLS (FES), MEDICAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, RESPECTIVELY, THROUGH MENTORING AND FRIENDSHIP. FOUNDATION PARTNER CHURCHES NOW RUN THE DAY- TO-DAY OPERATIONS WITH THE FOUNDATION PROVIDING FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT TO LOCAL LEADERS AS THEY LEAD WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITIES. FOUNDATION REPRESENTATIVES FOCUSED ON SENIOR LEVEL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT DURING TRIPS TO THE COUNTRY. WE HAVE EXPANDED OUR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (LD) AND MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS INTO KENYA. THE KENYAN WORK INVOLVES ONE-ON-ONE MEETINGS, GROUP TRAININGS AND OUTREACHES TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES WITH OUR LOCAL PARTNERS. 82,119
