1 Entrepreneurship & Workforce Development:Offers one-on-one business consulting, financial literacy coaching, and training for entrepreneurs. Provide bilingual workshops, networking events, and workforce development support that help individuals start or grow businesses, access capital, secure employment, and build long-term economic stability. In 2024, 893 businesses received technical assistance and advice, 421 businesses were able to scale and grow their business, and the organization helped them secure over $5.96 million in capital for their businesses. 818,906
2 Cultural and Community Engagement Events:Organizes cultural celebrations, festivals, and educational events that preserve and promote Latino heritage while strengthening community connectedness. Activities include public cultural programs, art exhibitions, music and dance events, and community gatherings that encourage civic involvement and foster cross-cultural understanding. With events celebrating the Hispanic culture such as Mexico en el Corazon and el Dia de Las Velitas, we shared dance, art, music, and customs with over 800 community members throughout the year. 14,038
